I have received many requests for the background and source files for a virus that changes your desktop to “YOUR PRIVACY IS IN DANGER!”. You can download the image below by right clicking on it and choosing ‘Save Picture As’. Or click on the link below it to download the source files (Any viral code has been removed).

 If you download the source files, you can modify the images to fit the full background of your desktop. You would have to download the source files to get the large version of the background. My files have been scanned with Avast and Symantec antivirus and have been deemed clean.

Also, you may be wondering about removal of the actual virus (if you even want to call it that) from your desktop. Here is a simple method to do that… First off, Dont Click On It! What you are seeing is not a background, it is a web page. Windows gives you the option to make the background of your desktop a webpage. More like place web objects on your desktop, that might not take up the whole screen, but this malware just happened to be doing that. Run your mouse around the outer rims of your screen and look for a little grey bar. On the right side of that grey bar will be an X. Simply click on the X to close the webpage.
